1. How to judge whether the electric actuator of the electric actuated globe valve needs to be replaced?
When the electric actuator has the following situations, it may need to be replaced: First, the motor of the electric actuator frequently fails, such as overheating, burning, etc.; second, the output torque of the electric actuator decreases significantly and cannot drive the valve normally; third, the control accuracy of the electric actuator is seriously reduced and cannot meet the control requirements of the system; fourth, the mechanical parts of the electric actuator are seriously worn, deformed or damaged, resulting in the valve being unable to open and close normally.

 

2. How to solve the thermal expansion problem of the electric stop valve under high temperature and high pressure conditions?
Under high temperature and high pressure conditions, the valve body, valve stem and other components of the electric stop valve will change in size due to thermal expansion. In order to solve this problem, a certain expansion gap can be reserved during the design and installation of the valve, or a special expansion compensation device, such as a bellows compensator, can be used to absorb the size change caused by thermal expansion to ensure that the valve can work normally under high temperature and high pressure.
