Globe Valve

Globe Valve is a crucial valve in HVAC system. It consists of valve body, valve seat, valve disc, valve stem and operating hand wheel. The valve stem is driven by rotating hand wheel, which drives the valve disc to move up and down on the valve seat perpendicular to the flow direction of fluid, so as to control the fluid on and off and the flow rate. It can finely adjust the flow of fluids such as water and refrigerant, and achieve precise indoor temperature adjustment; the valve disc and valve seat are precisely processed and fit tightly. When closed, it can effectively prevent the leakage of cooling water containing chemical agents or pressurized chilled water, avoiding system failure and energy waste; based on these characteristics, stop valve is widely used in many scenes of HVAC system. In chilled water system, the chilled water flow of each terminal equipment is adjusted according to the indoor load demand to achieve energy saving and comfortable environment control; in the pipeline between cooling tower and cooling water pump of cooling water system, the cooling water flow is adjusted to match the cooling demand of refrigeration unit to ensure efficient operation.
