How does an electric ball valve work?

The core of the electric ball valve's operation lies in the coordinated operation of an electric actuator and an internal ball. When receiving an electrical signal, the actuator rotates the ball. The ball has a central through-hole. When rotated 90 degrees, the hole aligns with the pipe, allowing fluid to flow smoothly. A 90-degree reverse rotation blocks the pipe, shutting off the flow.

This design provides fast response and eliminates the need for manual operation. The sealing structure ensures leak-free closure and stable operation even in high-pressure environments. From control signal to switching operation, the entire process is efficient and precise, making it a key component in automated fluid control systems.
