Work Principle of Universal Butterfly Valve
The valve plate rotates to control the flow of fluid
The core component of the butterfly valve is the disc-shaped valve plate, which can be opened or closed by rotating 90°, thereby controlling the flow of fluid in the pipeline.
The centerline structure achieves sealing
The valve plate axis coincides with the centerline of the valve body channel. When the valve plate is closed, it fits with the elastic sealing ring to form a tight seal to ensure no leakage.
The drive device drives the valve stem to move
The valve stem is driven by a handle, worm gear, electric or pneumatic device to drive the valve plate to rotate, thereby achieving precise adjustment of the fluid flow.
The valve plate angle determines the flow rate
