Rotation adjustment
The valve stem drives the butterfly plate to rotate around the axis in the valve body, and the fuel flow rate is adjusted by changing the angle between the butterfly plate and the fuel flow direction. The smaller the angle, the larger the flow area and the greater the flow rate; otherwise, the smaller the flow rate.
Fully open and fully closed
When the butterfly plate rotates to be parallel to the valve body channel, the valve is fully open and the fuel can pass through without obstruction; when it rotates to be perpendicular to the valve body channel, the valve is fully closed to cut off the fuel flow.
Torque transmission
During manual operation, the operator applies torque through the handle, which is transmitted to the butterfly plate through the valve stem to realize the rotation of the butterfly plate; if it is an electric or pneumatic actuator, the actuator converts electrical energy or gas energy into torque to drive the butterfly plate to move.
Sealing mechanism
