2 port zone valve
The DDF-X series split electric valve is specially designed for pipe control in central air-conditioning and heating systems. It can open or close the pipes to adjust the indoor temperature. The control valve is driven by a one-way hysteresis synchronous motor and is equipped with a spring return device. When the valve is not working, it is in a normally closed state; after receiving the valve opening signal from the thermostat, the driver turns on the power and activates the valve, allowing cold or hot water to flow into the fan coil to provide cooling or heating for the room. When the room temperature reaches the set value, the thermostat will cut off the power supply, and the spring will return to close the valve and stop the water flow from entering the fan coil. By controlling the opening and closing of the valve, the system is able to maintain the room temperature within the set range.
The DDF-X series electric valve adopts a clamp connection method, which facilitates the installation of the valve first and then the driver. On-site assembly is simple and convenient. The driver adopts a flat design and can be installed close to the wall, saving space. It is also reliable, durable, and has low operating noise.

For high-rise buildings, pressure reducing valves should be used for ground branch pipes. The motor housing needs to be waterproof to prevent water droplets from penetrating. Therefore, when installing the valve, the driver cannot be located below the pipe. When the valve is installed on a vertical pipe, the motor housing should also prevent water droplets from penetrating.
Manual operating lever: When the manual lever moves slowly in the direction of the arrow and snaps into the groove, the valve is in the normally open state. Whenever the electric valve is powered on for the first time, the manual lever will automatically return to the automatic position.
If the driver is not pre-installed on the valve body, when installing, the operating lever of the driver should first be pushed into the lower groove in the direction of the arrow, press the black button on the driver, put it into the valve body and release it, and then complete the installation. When disassembling, repeat the above operation.
Note: The direction of water flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the valve body; when installing, the driver must not be used as a fulcrum for applying force.
