3 Way Zone Valve

DDF-K-H series ferrule electric valve is used to control the opening or closing of the end of the cooling and heating system pipe of the central air-conditioning system to achieve the purpose of controlling the room temperature. The control valve is driven by a one-way hysteresis synchronous motor and reset by a spring. The valve is normally closed when not working. When it is needed to work, the thermostat provides a valve opening signal to connect the driver to the AC power supply and open the valve, so that cold water or hot water enters the fan coil to provide cooling or heating for the room; when the room temperature reaches the set value of the thermostat, the thermostat cuts off the power of the electric valve, and the reset spring closes the valve, thereby cutting off the water flow into the fan coil. By closing and opening the valve, the room temperature is always kept within the temperature range set by the temperature control.

 For high-rise buildings, pressure reducing valves should be used on the ground floor branches.
 The motor housing should prevent water drops from penetrating. Therefore, when the valve is installed, the driver must not be under the pipe.
 When the valve is installed on a vertical pipe, the motor housing must prevent water drops from penetrating.
 Manual operating lever: When the manual lever is slowly moved along the arrow direction and pressed into the gap to get stuck, the valve is in the normally open state. Whenever the current passes through the electric valve for the first time, the manual lever will be set to the automatic position again.
 If the driver is not pre-installed on the valve body, when it needs to be installed, first push the operating lever of the driver into the lower groove in the direction of the arrow, press the black button on the driver, put it on the valve body and release it, and then install it. If you need to disassemble, repeat the above operation.
 Note: The direction of water flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the valve body; when installing, the driver must not be used as a fulcrum for force.
