Rotation opening and closing

The valve stem drives the valve plate to rotate around the axis, 0° closing cuts off the fluid, 90° full-diameter flow, and precise flow adjustment at the intermediate angle.

Some models support vacuum conditions. Metal hard sealing materials (such as stainless steel + carbide) must be selected, and the vacuum requirements must be specified when ordering to ensure sealing performance. ​
 

2. What factors affect the service life of the valve? ​
It is mainly affected by the corrosiveness of the medium, the working pressure and temperature, the frequency of opening and closing, and the maintenance. Regular inspection of seals and lubrication of valve stems can significantly extend the service life.

3. Does it support explosion-proof environments? ​
We provide explosion-proof electric/pneumatic actuators that comply with international explosion-proof standards such as ATEX and UL, and can meet the needs of flammable and explosive occasions such as petroleum and chemical industries.

4. How to choose the pressure level of the valve? ​
Choose according to the design pressure of the pipeline. Common pressure levels include PN10, PN16, Class150, etc. High-pressure conditions require customized special pressure-resistant structures.

5. Is additional support required during installation?​

Specifications below DN300 usually do not require additional support; large-diameter valves are recommended to install pipe supports to avoid pipe deformation due to deadweight or fluid pressure. ​

 

6. Can it be operated manually in an emergency? ​
Electric/pneumatic butterfly valves are equipped with manual operating handles, which can be used to quickly open and close the valve in the event of power failure or gas source failure to ensure system safety.
