The dynamic flow balancing valve is mainly used for the initial adjustment of systems such as central air conditioning, water supply and heating. The valve consists of a valve housing and a valve core. The spring controls the flow area of the valve sleeve according to the pressure difference to keep the outlet flow constant.
Pressure difference is less than the minimum starting value:
The spring is not compressed; the valve sleeve maintains the maximum flow area. The water flow through the valve increases as the pressure difference increases.
Pressure difference within the calibration range:
The fluid pressure compresses the spring through the top of the valve sleeve, thereby activating the valve. Within this range, if the fluid pressure changes, the arc-shaped overflow channel of the valve sleeve will adjust. Therefore, even if the pressure changes, the output water flow remains constant.
Pressure difference exceeding the working range:
The valve sleeve spring is fully compressed; water flows only through the circular hole on the side of the valve sleeve. The flow area remains unchanged, and the flow increases proportionally with the pressure difference.

Q: What are the valve life and maintenance points under different pressure differential conditions?
A: When the pressure differential is less than the starting value, pay attention to the accumulation of impurities; within the working pressure differential, pay attention to spring fatigue; if the pressure differential exceeds the working pressure, check the wear of the valve sleeve hole. Clean and measure the spring regularly as needed, and check the deformation of the valve sleeve under overpressure conditions.
Q: Applicable temperature and medium? Can it be used in chemical highly corrosive media?
A: Suitable for neutral media such as water, water-ethylene glycol, temperature - 10℃ - 90℃. Strongly corrosive media require customized anti-corrosion models, and the medium parameters must be clearly specified when purchasing.
Q: Constant flow accuracy? Is the small flow stable?
A: Accuracy ±5% - ±10%. Under low load, the pressure differential is stable within the working range; the pressure differential is lower than the starting value, the accuracy is affected, and the minimum flow/pressure differential is matched when selecting.
Q: Are there any directional requirements for installation? What if the pipeline is not concentric or has stress?
A: There is a flow direction arrow, and the reverse installation causes the flow to be out of control. Pipeline non-concentricity and stress may cause the valve sleeve to get stuck and flow rate to fluctuate. The installation needs to be coaxial and stress-free, and a soft connection can be added for buffering.
